Role Summary

Do you want to provide advice, bring major projects to life technically and ensure that modern buildings function smoothly? Do you want to create real added value for operators and users? • Representing building owners in exciting large-scale projects
• Development of comprehensive commissioning concepts in the planning phase
• Conceptual support of the planning and construction phase with regard to the later use of the building
• Ensuring the quality and functionality of the technical equipment
• Cross-trade control of everyone involved in the project
• Organizing instructions, acceptance and handover of the building technical systems

Requirements

Completed studies or completed training (technician/master craftsman) in the field of building automation, supply technology, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification

• Three to five years of professional experience in the field of TGA (planning, property monitoring or plant construction)
• Basic knowledge of construction law and the recognized rules of technology
• Interest in sustainability, optimization potential, digitalization and quality assurance
• Quick comprehension combined with analytical and networked thinking
• Enjoy interdisciplinary communication and team-oriented work
