Higher-level construction management for the implementation and commissioning of highly complex industrial plants for power plant and process technology
Overall responsibility for the timely, quality and cost-effective processing of the task packages in the construction, assembly and commissioning phase of the project
- Content and organizational management responsibility of the construction site team in the various specialist trades as well as the subcontractors used
- Planning, controlling and coordinating the necessary capacities and resources with a view to achieving the project's objectives
- Regular reporting to stakeholders involved in the project and first contact person for the client on the construction site
- Active and continuous optimization of internal processes and procedures as well as training of those involved in the process
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, process engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification
- Many years of professional experience in a position with overall responsibility for the construction, assembly and commissioning of industrial buildings, ideally in the EPC/EPCM environment
- Experience in the power plant and process technology, petrochemical, life science and semiconductor industries is desirable
- Independent, structured and cross-disciplinary way of working
- Solution-oriented negotiation skills and a good feel for people and issues
- Willingness to work on permanent, project-related construction sites throughout Germany
