SiGeKo / Architect / Civil Engineer (f/m/d) for construction site safety & SiGe coordination | Back office in 100% home office
As a SiGeKo / architect / civil engineer (f/m/d) you support our projects in the area of construction site safety and safety and health protection coordination from your home office. The focus is on the creation and maintenance of safety plans, construction site regulations, project-specific documents and documentation as well as the structured coordination of safety-relevant topics with internal and external project participants. We need your support for this!
Mplus Managementgesellschaft zur Optimization of Working Conditions mbH supports companies in professionally designing safe and healthy working conditions. The focus is on practical advice, digital processes, reliable documentation and solution-oriented support in questions relating to occupational safety, construction site safety and safety and health protection coordination.
Project coordination & interface work
Support in the coordination of security-relevant topics between clients, those involved in planning, executing companies and other project partners.
Keeping track of open points, deadlines and measures as part of SiGe coordination.
Preparation of coordination, project deadlines and basis for decision-making.
Reliable communication with internal departments and external contacts.
Construction site safety & technical advice in the office
Technical support for issues relating to construction site safety, occupational safety and health coordination.
Examination of project-related information to derive suitable protective measures.
Contribution of construction expertise in the assessment of risks, processes and organizational requirements.
Participation in the further development of templates, standards and digital processes in the area of SiGe coordination.
Responsibilities
Construction site support & SiGe plans, documents & documentation:
- Creation and maintenance of SiGe plans for various construction projects.
- Preparation of construction site regulations, advance notices and project-specific occupational safety documents.
- Structured documentation of security-relevant requirements, measures and coordination.
- Quality assurance of documents with a view to completeness, traceability and technical plausibility.
Requirements
This is what you bring with you
- Completed studies in architecture, civil engineering or a comparable technical field; alternatively, a construction engineering qualification with relevant practical experience.
- Construction knowledge from construction planning, construction management, architecture, civil engineering or health and safety coordination.
- Experience in the creation, editing or technical review of SiGe plans.
- Very good knowledge of German, a structured way of working and confident use of digital tools.
This will help you be successful faster
- A completed qualification as a safety and health protection coordinator in accordance with the construction site regulations and RAB 30 would be an advantage.
- Practical experience with construction site regulations, advance notices or occupational safety-related project documentation is desirable.
- Knowledge in the coordination of construction projects, those involved in planning or executing companies would be a plus.
- Enjoyment of structured documentation, digital collaboration and quality-conscious project work rounds off your profile.
