Senior construction manager (f/m/d) EPCM Industry – building and process automation

Role Summary

Bring your experience as a senior construction manager in the area of building and process automation and take responsibility for demanding, innovative projects.

• Independent construction management and monitoring of projects in building and process automation
• Coordination of trades, subcontractors and specialist planners in the areas of MSR, GLT and process control technology
• Ensuring compliance with quality, deadlines and costs
• Monitoring and documentation of construction progress and commissioning
• Participation in the planning of technical solutions and optimization of automation concepts

Requirements

Completed studies in electrical engineering, building, energy or supply technology or a qualification as a technician/master craftsman with a connection to construction

• Several years of professional experience in construction management or commissioning, ideally in building or process automation
• Confident knowledge and application of the VOB, HOAI and other common regulations of the German construction industry
• Strong communication and leadership skills in dealing with clients and project partners
• Willingness to travel for project-related purposes and regularly work on construction sites throughout Germany
• Enjoy working with different people, teams and tasks
