Architect / civil engineer (f/m/d) tendering and awarding

Role Summary

This position can be carried out both full-time and part-time (at least 32 hours/week) at our locations in Stuttgart, Frankfurt/Main, Munich, Hamburg, Freiburg and Ulm. Please indicate your location preference and desired hours.

• Responsible for carrying out tenders and awards for private and public clients
• Creation of schedules, determination of quantities and preparation of service specifications
• Independently obtaining and reviewing offers and assisting in placing orders
• Ensuring the organizational company structures in the area of tendering and awarding
• Safe and well-founded use of our databases and common tendering software

Requirements

• Completed studies in architecture, civil engineering or a comparable course of study or alternatively a construction-specific technician/master's degree
• At least five years of professional experience in the area of tendering and awarding as well as comprehensive knowledge of the application of the VOB and the technical regulations
• Good knowledge of RIB iTWO, MS Office and MS Project
• Strong awareness of quality, costs and deadlines
• Independent and responsible way of working, ability to work in a team and resilience
