(Senior) Construction Manager (f/m/d) Property Monitoring HLSK

Role Summary

Would you like to take part in exciting large-scale projects and take on responsible tasks? You will oversee the entire execution process of our major projects in and around Frankfurt am Main.

Responsible for property monitoring for building services (heating, ventilation, plumbing, air conditioning)

Economic execution of the construction projects within the specified fee framework as well as monitoring the project budget and, if necessary, developing countermeasures

Safe and well-founded application of cost/additional and change management

Coordination of the interfaces between “your” trades and the building construction trades

Requirements

Master (m/f/d) or technician (m/f/d) in the areas of ventilation and refrigeration technology / energy technology / supply technology / facility management / technical building equipment

• Relevant professional experience in property monitoring is desirable, but not a mandatory requirement
• Safe handling of the VOB and the technical regulations
• Independent and responsible way of working, assertiveness and strong communication skills
