(Senior) construction manager (f/m/d) property monitoring electrical engineering

Role Summary

• Responsible for the electrical engineering property monitoring
• Smooth processing of demanding and complex TGA projects in the field of electrical engineering
• Client representation in HOAI service phases 7-8

Interface coordination between the technical trades and the building construction trades as well as with the interdisciplinary team to optimize the work and ensure compliance with the goals defined at the start of the project

Carrying out scheduling and cost planning as well as quality assurance

Early detection of defects, control of the elimination of defects by the construction management and executing companies

Requirements

• Master (m/f/d) or technician (m/f/d) in the field of electrical engineering
• Relevant professional experience in property monitoring is desirable, but not a mandatory requirement
• Safe handling of the VOB, HOAI and the technical regulations
• Independent and responsible way of working, strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team
