Senior construction manager (f/m/d) civil engineering in energy projects

Overall responsibility for the construction phase of large-scale civil engineering projects - essentially pipeline construction and cable engineering (underground cables, route construction)

• Ensuring quality, deadlines, costs and contract fulfillment using AI-supported digital tools
• Control of complex construction processes taking into account permits, safety and environmental regulations
• Function as central contact for clients, construction companies and internal project teams
• Moderation of construction meetings, coordination appointments and decision-making rounds
• Transparent presentation of risks, deviations and decision needs, determination of countermeasures in the event of deviations
• Management and coordination of construction supervisors

Requirements

Completed studies in civil engineering or comparable qualification, alternatively: many years of relevant professional experience in civil engineering/pipeline construction

• Several years of experience as a construction manager or site manager in civil engineering as well as in-depth experience with complex construction processes
• Openness to the use of AI-supported tools in construction monitoring, scheduling and risk management – not just users, but co-designers
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Structured, solution-oriented way of working
• Powerful decision-making even under time and cost pressure
• High willingness to travel to accompany projects on the construction site
• Class B driving license
