MAIN ACTIVITIES: Responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of agile teams, facilitating ceremonies such as daily planning, review and retrospectives, removing impediments and promoting collaboration and self-management. Work in partnership with the product owner in organizing demand and work management and maintaining a continuous flow of deliveries, using agile metrics.

  • Facilitate and optimize the functioning of one or more agile teams, ensuring alignment with Scrum and Agile principles and values in a pragmatic way;
  • Act at the organizational level, influencing leaders, managers, PMOs, business areas and operations to remove structural impediments and improve global flows;
  • Drive and facilitate large-scale agile transformations, continuous improvement programs between teams and cultural evolution;
  • Perform systemic diagnosis using advanced metrics and tools;
  • Facilitate discussions of risk, dependencies, prioritization and strategic alignment between technical and business areas;
  • Act as a mentor and technical/cultural reference, developing other Scrum Masters and professionals involved in the delivery flow;
  • Mediate and resolve highly complex conflicts, operating with empathy, diplomacy and an influential stance in politically sensitive environments;
  • Ensure the adoption of transparency, inspection and adaptation practices at tactical and strategic levels;
  • Create product and team reports according to the agile methodology;

Act to resolve open incidents regarding applications supported by the team within the desired SLA, working to resolve doubts between the applicant and the team, monitoring and updating the customer's service management tools.

Requirements

  • Complete higher education.
  • Certifications: CSM (CertifiedScrumMaster), PSM (Professional Scrum Master) or equivalent.
  • Desirable experience: 5 years working as a Scrum Master or Agile Master.
  • Knowledge: Agile metrics.
