MAIN ACTIVITIES: Responsible for carrying out requirements gathering and specification of Technology projects, developing solutions for processes, mapping and business analysis. Responsible for technical documentation of software requirements specification and status report for management of related projects.

• Carry out survey, analysis and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements of the digital services to be implemented;
• Conduct discovery workshops (LeanInception, DesignThinking) and process modeling (AS-IS and TO-BE);
• Map business rules, legal and regulatory requirements applicable to digitalized public services;
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria and prioritized backlog together with ProductOwner and stakeholders;
• Support the definition of integrations with legacy systems and specification of APIs;

Ensure traceability between requirements, deliveries and strategic objectives of the Program.

Requirements

• Complete degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Administration or related areas.
• Desirable experience: 04 years working in gathering and specifying requirements for information systems; Agile methodologies and backlog management tools; Business process modeling.
• Knowledge of functional and non-functional requirements.
