• Managing and controlling complex large-scale projects in turnkey construction together with your project team
• Advise public and private clients on project management strategies and support PPP/PPP and other alternative contract models
• Organizing and conducting procurement procedures, including functional service descriptions and technical concept evaluations
• Negotiate with builders, general contractors and general contractors and participate in offers and addenda
• Coordinating all project participants and promoting solution-oriented collaboration between planning, execution and clients
• Controlling contracts, costs, deadlines, qualities, changes, addenda and risks over the entire project period

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering or a comparable field
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in project management, construction management or in the control of complex building construction or turnkey construction projects
• Experience in the technical management of project teams as well as in the coordination of interdisciplinary project participants
• Experience with alternative project management forms and contract models such as GÜ, TÜ, GU, GMP and ideally PPP/PPP projects
• In-depth knowledge of HOAI, VOB, LBO, tendering, awarding, cost control, scheduling and contract management
• Fluent knowledge of spoken and written German as well as advisory skills, negotiation skills and a structured way of working
