plumbing site manager

Role Summary

Reporting to the works manager, you ensure the smooth running of the work on the site while respecting the set objectives. You intervene technically on construction sites within our collective housing activity (new or renovated)

As such, your main missions are as follows

• Carrying out work and interventions in compliance with safety, deadlines and quality procedures,
• Preparation, organization and supply of the site,
• Possible leadership of a small team and coordination of their daily activity,
• Reading plans and diagrams,
• installation, from pouring to complete installation of the plumbing installation (water network, drains, heating, column, etc.)
• Technical and administrative monitoring of work (control sheets, non-compliance sheets, time records, etc.)
• Participation in site meetings,
• Monitoring the progress of the work from a technical point of view (subcontracting, etc.).

Requirements

With Bac pro TISEC training (or equivalent in plumbing/heating), you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, in collective housing.

You contribute to animation, training and compliance with safety rules. You master editing techniques, reading plans, and business standards. You are organized and know how to plan the work of a team while anticipating actions. Your motivation and involvement in participating in the development of the company are major assets.
