Role Summary

As Deputy Operations Manager, you are responsible for the fluidity of our services. In a sector where every minute counts and precision is the norm, you coordinate human and technical resources to ensure impeccable quality of service.
Your missions: A 360° daily life
- Operational Management and Coordination
Reception and validation: You analyze customer appointments, carry out the contract review and confirm support with responsiveness.
Strategic planning: You assign missions to inspectors and operators according to urgency and the skills required.
Customer/lab interface: You ensure the permanent link between customer needs and technical feasibility (laboratory subcontracting).
- Leadership and Field Management
You supervise and motivate a team of inspectors and operators and team leaders.
You manage schedules (nights, weekends, public holidays) fairly in conjunction with team leaders
You carry out individual interviews and support skills development via field audits.
- Technical Expertise and Quality
Field support: You intervene directly on complex operations or new products.
Fleet management: You ensure metrological monitoring of equipment (METRO software) and vehicle compliance.
Reporting: You ensure the feedback of information and the preparation of invoicing elements (local and international).
Requirements
Your Profile: Rigorous, Responsive, Leader
- Experience: You have solid experience in petroleum inspection or industrial logistics.
- Soft skills: You have a sense of responsibility and know how to keep a cool head in the face of emergencies. Your natural leadership allows you to unite your teams.
- Technical: Comfortable with IT tools and internal training systems, you have a QHSE culture anchored in your practices.
- Mobility: You have the necessary access to the intervention sites and the B permit.
