WHAT IS THE PROGRAM

The program focuses on JYSK values, Leadership, store management tools and concepts, talent management, recruitment, etc.

At JYSK we focus on 80% practice for 20% theory. During the program, you will therefore participate in numerous workshops and role plays with your colleagues.

• The training will take place in a training center reserved for one week for all participants
• Five modules lasting one week: theory, practical cases, role plays, work in small groups, community life and fun activities
• Between modules, you will be trained in the field by a store manager
• A final presentation with everything you have learned

Requirements

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING

• You are responsible for your own development. “Bring Dedication, Meet Possibilities”
• You are a good communicator and you are able to create a positive work atmosphere
• You are motivated and results-oriented
• You dare to take risks and you know how to question yourself to learn from your mistakes
• You are not afraid of physical work (pallet, stock keeping, preparation of customer orders, etc.)
• You are passionate about sales
• You are made to manage, motivate and grow a team
