Join the JYSK “Store Manager Trainee” program and train directly to become a Store Manager.

WHAT IS THE PROGRAM

The program is based on JYSK DNA: our values, our vision of leadership, key in-store management tools, talent development and recruitment. No unnecessary theory: at JYSK, we focus on 80% practice and 20% theory. You learn by doing, as close as possible to the field.

On the program

One week of training in a dedicated center, reserved exclusively for your group.

Five modules of one week each, combining useful theory, concrete cases, role plays, small group exercises, community life and fun activities.

Field periods between each module, supervised by a Store Manager who supports you in your progress.

A final presentation where you show everything you have learned and what you are ready to implement.

An intensive, concrete and collective course, designed to transform you into a true store leader.
