Operations Manager F/M

Role Summary

Veolia Recycling and Recovery - Grand-Est Region is looking for an Operations Manager F/M to join our Rosheim agency, attached to the Business Services Department.

Your main missions

• Operational management
• Manage the teams at the Sorting Center, the CSR Preparation line and the inert waste storage center/Asbestos Locker
• Ensure compliance with the prefectural decree and environmental/biodiversity policies of the site
• Security and Compliance
• Deploy and maintain Cleanliness, Safety and Fire Prevention policies
• Guarantee regulatory compliance of the site
• Project management
• Manage strategic projects (professional recycling center, Evoria, etc.) in coordination with our experts
• Monitor work and manage stakeholders
• Operational optimization
• Organize preventive maintenance of the site
• Optimize the financial management of the Sorting/Valorisation COP
• Manage the portfolio of suppliers and optimize outlets and sales of materials
• Strategic development
• Deploy the DSE strategy in terms of sorting via the animation of Lean Management (POP)
• Promote material expertise and ensure the quality of reception with technical and commercial teams

Bac +5 engineering diploma (ENGEES, INSA, ICAM or equivalent)

Or equivalent professional experience of at least 5 years in the environment/waste sector
