GENERAL MANAGER BIOANALYSES – Phase I Clinics France (H/F) CDI

Role Summary

Attached to the Management of the Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing & Bioanalyses - Phase I Clinics France entity, you will manage the Bioanalyses (BA) division "Bioanalyses - Phase I Clinics France". In this capacity, you will be at the head of 2 sites in France (Vergèze (30) and Grenoble (38)), in charge of financial management and operations, coordinating the teams and ensuring growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

Your main missions will be to

• Manage, lead, unite and challenge the managers of the different departments of the two sites, over a scope of around 120 employees,
• Participate in the definition of financial objectives, e.g. turnover, profitability, cash flow, and ensure their monitoring,
• Establish performance indicators and guarantee their achievement – PnL monitoring,
• Supervise and lead management committees,
• Develop and implement the business development strategy and strengthen collaboration between the different stakeholders,
• Identify growth opportunities (markets, offers, partnerships, acquisitions),
• Define the commercial strategy in collaboration with sales managers,
• Develop and maintain relationships with strategic clients and partners,
• Ensure quality of services and customer satisfaction,
• Be a force for proposals and manage structuring transformation projects to improve productivity,
• Manage buildings, infrastructure and equipment, in line with regulatory and environmental developments,
• Ensure reporting to Management.
• Travel is expected, 10 days per month, mainly to the two sites for which you will be responsible, located in Vergèze and Grenoble.

Requirements

• Minimum of Bac+5 scientific training (biology, biochemistry, analytical chemistry, medical technology), you have successful experience in a similar position in independent Business Unit management, acquired in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Understanding a P&L is a prerequisite.
• Recognized manager, excellent communicator and driven by a sense of customer service, you like challenges and proximity to the field.
• Your scientific varnish/expertise and your leadership will allow you to understand the expectations of your entity and obtain the best results to satisfy your customers.
• You are fluent in English.
