Your tasks

You actively support our customers in the introduction, implementation and configuration of the hospital information system (HIS) ORBIS

You understand and question the clinics' existing workflows, evaluate the current mapping of processes and contribute your own solution ideas

You set up the necessary ORBIS basic structures (hospital structures, authorization concept with roles and users, authentication methods such as LDAP/SSO, connection to IDM systems, security via SSL certificates, etc.), on which all ORBIS functions will be based later

You advise our customers on the implementation of ORBIS regarding compliance with data protection regulations in the healthcare sector (GDPR, OH-KIS, NIS2 etc.)

You work on Oracle databases (SQL/PL-SQL, triggers, packages) with tools such as SQL Developer or TOAD and ensure technical system integration.

You create scripts via PowerShell/Batch, use monitoring and logging tools and manage patch, release and deployment management

You prepare complex technical issues in an understandable way for users on site and lead a clear thread through training courses or presentations

Your profile

You are an IT enthusiast and love delving into complex topics

You have a completed computer science degree, training as an IT specialist for system integration/digital networking/application developer or a similar qualification

You have in-depth knowledge of Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL), Windows infrastructures (RDP, Citrix) and advanced Excel knowledge; Ideally, you have initial contact with KIS ORBIS or healthcare processes

What sets you apart is your strong curiosity and willingness to deeply question existing structures and optimize them in the interests of the customer

You have a high level of self-motivation, independent problem-solving skills and a strong focus on successful project completion

If something gets stuck or stressful in the project, you take it in stride, remain patient and motivated to find the solution

You work completely independently at the customer's site, but you know exactly when it is time to involve the team for the best solution

You don't let tight deadlines get you down, you make smart prioritization decisions and lead the project to success

You have fluent German and good written and spoken English skills

A project-related willingness to travel within the D-A-CH region of approx. 50% is required

Only for Austria: According to IT-KV Austria, the minimum salary for this position is €45,800 gross per year (38.5 working hours), an overpayment plus bonus regulations depending on qualifications/experience is a matter of course for us
