Responsibilities
- Focusing on medical ORBIS applications, you are responsible for advising, introducing and training the ORBIS hospital information system for our customers
- Together with our customers, you will successfully implement process optimizations and design future-oriented and modern processes in the hospital as a team
- You continually educate yourself and are prepared to stay “up-to-date” thanks to the constant development of our products
- You not only support contacts and users within the framework of your projects, but also our support with inquiries and incident reports
- Complete documentation is important to you - requirements, changes and system adjustments can be found in the templates created by us and revised by you
Requirements
- Do you enjoy working on projects in a team and are you interested in a flexible and varied job?
- Do you have a completed nursing degree, are you a trained nursing specialist, or do you have comparable training and extensive practical experience in this area?
- Are you familiar with the processes in the hospital and everyday hospital life?
- Dealing with state-of-the-art IT and its organizational tools doesn't put you off, and an open-minded, confident demeanor towards customers is a given for you?
- Are you willing to travel a lot (up to 80%, throughout D-A-CH) and perhaps even have experience in project management?
