Responsibilities
- You will immerse yourself in exciting large-scale projects in DACH and create training concepts and training modules based on them for our software products
- You organize and lead train-the-trainer training as well as end user training. You will impart practical knowledge and support participants in using our software
- You create and edit training and presentation materials
- You work hand in hand with the project management, our ORBIS process managers and application specialists to achieve the best results
- You will continuously develop our training offerings, take feedback from the training courses and thus ensure high quality and sustainable learning success
Requirements
- You are an IT enthusiast and love delving into complex topics
- You think in a solution-oriented manner and find the right path even when faced with tricky challenges
- You have strong communication skills, can explain complex topics in an understandable way and inspire the participants
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in project management or adult education and have the necessary tools to hold the reins
- You are communicative, a team player and ready to take on responsibility
- You are highly willing to travel (approx. 80%), both in Germany and Austria
- Very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English skills round off your profile
