Responsibilities

• You will convincingly present our imaging IT solutions in customer meetings, tenders, trade fairs and conferences - remotely and on site - and adapt your demos to clinical, technical and management target groups
• You take full responsibility for the DACH-DIIT demo landscape and ensure stable, high-quality implementation of product presentations at all times by setting up, configuring and maintaining demo environments and data sets
• You coordinate closely with development and technical contacts on product updates and integrate new functions and prototypes into the demo environment
• You create customer-specific presentations together with sales and pre-sales and contribute to a convincing, consistent customer approach
• You develop and maintain demo content such as demo scripts, presentation workflows and supporting materials
• You work closely with product management, product marketing, business operations and the regional marketing teams

If necessary, you will support global DIIT Business Development in training and building product presentation teams in new regions as part of our go-to-market processes

Requirements

• Strong communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and structured manner
• Experience in pre-sales, consulting or another customer-facing role, combined with a marketing mindset and focus on customer benefit
• Good understanding of IT systems and application workflows, experience with desktop virtualization environments and confidence in dealing with technical demo setups
• Very good German and willingness to take regular, short-term business trips
• Advantageous: Experience in healthcare IT, radiology IT or RIS/PACS as well as knowledge of standards such as DICOM and HL7
• Advantageous: Familiarity with digital imaging IT or AI solutions in radiology as well as additional language skills (e.g. English, Spanish) at presentation level
