Responsibilities

User support for our financial accounting software

You support our customers with professional and technical questions relating to the Diamant/4 financial accounting solution - by telephone, email or via the ticket system.

Problem analysis & solution finding

You analyze incoming support cases, prepare solutions in an understandable manner and accompany our users until they are successfully implemented.

Training & knowledge transfer

You conduct practical training, convey technical content in an understandable manner and support customers in using the software optimally.

Collaboration on updates & introduction of new functions

You support customers with smaller implementation steps, configurations or functional adjustments

Requirements

You bring the following with you

• You are a financial or accountant or have a commercial or business background
• You have knowledge or experience with diamond financial accounting
• You enjoy imparting knowledge and safely accompanying users through technical issues
• You enjoy working with modern software solutions and are interested in digital processes
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German is a given for you
• You bring the ability to work in a team, a positive attitude and a sense of humor - we also laugh
• Career changers from related areas are also welcome
