Role Summary

We are recruiting a Nuclear IS Development & Integration Engineer (Java / Fullstack) to join our INDUSTRY BU within the Digital Simulation agency. This brings together our expertise in the fields of scientific computing, modeling, TMA of scientific applications and studies of complex physical phenomena.

Technical environment

• Languages: Java, possibly Angular / JavaScript / Python
• Frameworks: Spring / Spring Boot (or equivalents)
• Architectures: microservices / APIs / web services / distributed architectures
• Tools: Git / GitLab / CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI…) / Jira / Confluence
• Environments: industrial / critical IT / Cloud / containerization (Docker, Kubernetes – depending on context)

Responsibilities

As part of transformation and operational maintenance projects for Information Systems at a major player in the nuclear/energy sector, you will support the AMOE and MOE teams on development and application integration topics.

• The position is part of complex industrial IS environments, with:
• interconnected and critical systems
• strong requirements in terms of security, performance and availability
• structured delivery systems (Agile / V-cycle / hybrid)

You contribute directly to the technical implementation of projects while participating in the coordination and monitoring of delivery activities.

Thus, you will be in charge of

• Contribute to the development of applications (Java / Fullstack) on IS projects
• Participate in the integration of solutions within complex IS architectures
• Analyze functional and technical needs
• Contribute to the design of solutions (application architecture, APIs, flows)
• Ensure code quality and respect development standards
• Participate in the testing, acceptance and validation phases
• Support production launches
• Contribute to the resolution of incidents and anomalies
• Interact with AMOE, business, infrastructure and cybersecurity teams
• Participate in the continuous improvement of development and delivery practices

Requirements

With Bac +5 training or university equivalent in IT, you have at least 3 years of experience in the development and integration of information systems. You are proficient in Java development (Spring or equivalent) and have experience in backend or fullstack, as well as application integration (API, flows, IS interfacing). You operate comfortably in Agile or V-cycle project environments and have a good understanding of IS architectures (application, data, infrastructure).

• Are you used to working in a team (AMOE, MOE, professions), are you autonomous in technical analysis and functional understanding?
• Do you have good written and oral communication skills, strong writing skills and are comfortable with producing reports? Do you demonstrate a good spirit of synthesis and are a force for proposals? So, you are the gem we are looking for!
