Developer - Fullstack – Financial Services - Tours

Role Summary

Integrated within an Agile Feature Team and reporting to a Project Manager, you contribute to the development of innovative web applications intended to optimize the supervision of the activities of a major player in the Insurance sector (IARD, Life, Protection).

You work on projects with high visibility, structuring for the business teams (claims management, operational management, internal regulatory reporting, etc.).

A technical referent/architect supports you in increasing your skills (modern practices: Clean Code, TDD, CI/CD, Microservices). The functional referents transmit to you the business issues specific to the Insurance context.

The mission

Design, development and optimization of Full Stack web applications.

Implementation of microservices (Java Spring Boot or .NET Core).

Front development with Angular (best practices: RxJS, modularization, state management).

Participation in code reviews, pair programming, writing unit and integration tests (JUnit, NUnit, Jest).

Compliance with internal quality standards: Clean Code, TDD, CI/CD pipelines.

Active participation in Agile rituals (Daily, Sprint Review, PI Planning if SAFe).

Contribution to technical documentation.

Permanent technological monitoring (cloud, containerization, orchestration).

Contribution to internal communities (tech talks, feedback, mentoring).

Supporting Insurance business teams in their development needs.

Requirements

• You are familiar with a Java or .NET environment, and you wish to work on structuring application architectures, at the heart of the technological challenges of the Insurance sector.
• You have initial experience in Angular, and you are able to evolve on a demanding front end, while respecting performance and maintainability standards.
• You apply good development practices (Clean Code, TDD, CI/CD) or you wish to be part of a methodological framework to guarantee their daily implementation.
• You demonstrate an interest in Cloud Native architectures, including OpenShift, Kubernetes and containerized environments, and are ready to develop enhanced expertise there.
• You have an appetite for Insurance issues (P&C, Life, Operational management, supervision of activities), or are motivated to discover a rigorous, highly regulated business area rich in application use cases.
