Tech Lead - Full Stack - Défense & Sécurité - Ile de France

Role Summary

The Defense and Security sector must meet many challenges: ensuring the operational efficiency of our customers, Designing and providing forces with secure and sovereign solutions in a context where excellence and innovation make our projects successful year after year.

Our dynamic and united team works with a common goal: to support the Ministry of the Armed Forces, the Ministry of Justice or the Ministry of the Interior to respond to its capacity and strategic challenges (digital identity, road safety, logistical and digital support for the different armies, border control, law enforcement, civil, penal, penitentiary, cybersecurity, etc.) with cutting-edge tools.

Your role and missions

As a technical manager, you will be responsible for the entire application development cycle, from their design through their development and management of their pipeline until their release into production.

1. Architecture design and analysis:

Participate in the analysis of technical and functional needs.

Design scalable, efficient and secure architectures.

Propose solutions adapted to business and technical constraints.

1. Fullstack development:

Quantify and evaluate the complexity of solutions

Perform complex frontend development

Perform complex backend development

Conduct code reviews with the entire team to share the principles of “clean code” and “Craftmanship”

1. Production and management of the continuous deployment chain:

Produce CI/CD pipelines meeting the industrialization standards of the group and the client (build, tests, security, package, deployment, etc.)

Maintain the CI/CD platform

1. Collaboration and technological monitoring:

Assume the role of technical manager, during the project progress, for the teams of developers and work in this context in close collaboration with the project management, with the aim of guaranteeing the quality of the product delivered, the development and delivery of business value

Ensure technical documentation of projects

Stay up to date on the latest development trends and technologies by participating in training, talks and passing certifications

Technical environment

1. Languages: Java, C#, Typescript, SQL
2. Frameworks: Spring (boot, framework, data, security), Hibernate, Angular, React
3. Database: PostgreSQL, Oracle
4. DevOps: GitLab, GitLab CI/CD, Ansible, Terraform
5. Cloud environment: Kubernetes
6. Methodologies: Agile, Craftsmanship, TDD

Requirements

• We are looking for a Tech Lead with good technical and managerial experience to support our teams. The organization, the sense of results and the teaching methods are assets that we particularly appreciate.
• You are recognized for your listening skills, your interpersonal skills, your rigor and your leadership.
• Graduated with a BAC +5 (engineering school or equivalent), you have at least 6 years of experience.
