Role Summary
As part of our development with our key account clients in the Le Mans area, we are looking for a Full Stack Java Angular Developer with solid experience in these technologies and wishing to evolve quickly in a stimulating context (tools, frameworks and recent language versions, with a desire to stay up to date).
The first missions will be carried out both in the field of insurance and public services. We are close to our clients' activities and provide detailed support for their application roadmaps.

Your role and missions
- As part of an Agile team, you are involved in the entire project life cycle:
- You participate in the design and technical specifications of applications
- You work on application development (backend, frontend, or both)
- You participate in agile ceremonies (grooming, sprint planning, daily meeting, retros, demos)
- You participate in technological monitoring and continuous improvement (refacto, code review)
- You supervise and support juniors in their development of skills
You are a source of suggestions on technical choices and continuous improvement processes (code quality and harmonization, DOR, DOD, source code management, etc.)

- Front-end: Angular 15, 16 and 18, custom graphics libraries, responsive design
- Back-end: Java 8, 11, 17, Spring Boot 3.3.5, Spring Batch, Oracle hbase, PostgreSQL, Apache Camel
- Cloud & DevOps: GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, SonarQube, Nexus
- Security & compliance: OAuth2, OpenID Connect, IAM, GDPR
- Tests & quality: JUnit, Karma/Jasmine, test automation (Selenium)
- Performance & observability: application monitoring, centralized logs, dashboards, dynatrace
- Methodology: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, V-cycle
Requirements
- Graduate of an engineering school or university equivalent, you have a minimum experience of 5 years in development.
- You are recognized for your rigor, your pedagogy and your ability to transmit your knowledge and know-how to others.
- As part of the development of our skills and those of our clients, you may be required to supervise, tutor or develop the employees and stakeholders in your team.
- Experience as a Tech Lead is an asset to be able to help organize the projects and activities of other developers.
