Role Summary

• Acceptance and system-side registration, checking and release of customer orders for incoming samples
• administrative and organizational activities in the area of sample registration
• Support and control tasks as part of sample registration
• Interface between customer service and laboratory

Requirements

Completed training or studies with a scientific (e.g. nutritional science, biology, ...) and/or commercial background. Applicants with a different educational background are also welcome if they enjoy a strong IT-related job in a laboratory environment.

• Practical experience in the area of sample registration in a laboratory is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Confident use of MS Office
• very good written and spoken German, basic English knowledge
• independent, structured, willing to perform, able to work in a team and resilient
• Experience in handling food and feed (samples) is an advantage

The position is available full-time. Remuneration is based on agreement.
