Role Summary

In the EPCM.I (Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management in Industry) department, we follow a specific approach to reduce complexity, increase efficiency and minimize risks. Our goal: to be a leading partner in the planning, implementation and optimization of complex construction projects - and to set new standards for quality, technology and collaboration. Whether data center, battery cell and semiconductor factory or pharmaceutical & life science - we are right in the middle and are actively shaping the future of the industry.

  • Tasks in scheduling, cost and contract management - including maintenance of overall schedules, cost tracking, invoice verification and change management
  • Participation in tenders and the award process, creation of requirements catalogs and functional service descriptions
  • Coordination and structuring of project processes, including additional costs and quality management
  • Creation of presentations, minutes and project documentation as well as support at meetings
  • Participation in internal and external meetings as well as site tours

Requirements

  • Studies in architecture, engineering, construction management or a comparable field with a technical and/or business background
  • Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English (at least B2)
  • Knowledge of how to use common MS Office programs as well as the willingness to deepen these skills and get to know new tools.
  • Willingness to travel for assignments at home and abroad
  • Organizational talent with initiative
  • Communication skills for working with a multicultural team and working in multilingual projects
