Role Summary

Control of major incidents and escalation cases: Through your structured coordination, you will ensure that critical disruptions are quickly isolated and effective solutions are initiated.

Further development of problem management: With your eye for sustainable solutions, you establish processes that avoid recurring disruptions in the long term.

Carrying out problem management reviews: Through your regular analysis of existing processes, you identify optimization potential and increase efficiency and stability in operations.

Ensuring professional reactions in escalation situations: Even under pressure, you keep a cool head and make well-founded decisions that quickly have an impact.

Analysis and evaluation of incidents and problems: Based on your analytical skills, you will recognize patterns, derive well-founded measures and develop viable solutions.

Coordination of collaboration with internal and external partners: In close coordination with everyone involved, you accelerate solution finding and ensure a smooth flow of information.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in IT or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in incident and problem management, ideally in the telecommunications industry
  • Experience in coordinating cross-departmental incident or problem processes as well as ITIL certification
  • Strong communication and presentation skills as well as organizational talent and the ability to work independently
  • Flexibility and resilience as well as high assertiveness
  • Very good knowledge of German and good English
  • Willingness to participate in on-call duties
