(Junior) construction supervisor (f/m/d) civil engineering in energy projects

• Higher-level construction supervision for civil energy engineering projects (pipeline and cable civil engineering)
• Technical management and coordination of those involved on the construction site
• Ensuring quality, deadlines, costs and contract fulfillment using AI-supported digital tools
• Control of construction processes taking into account permits, safety and environmental regulations
• Evaluation of construction methods, construction progress and additions
• Central interface to clients, construction companies and authorities
• Transparent communication and joint decision-making in the event of deviations

Requirements

Completed studies in civil engineering or comparable qualification, alternatively: many years of relevant professional experience in civil engineering/pipeline construction

• (First) experience as a construction supervisor in civil engineering with complex construction processes
• Openness to the use of AI-supported tools in construction monitoring, scheduling and risk management – not just users, but co-designers
• Professional leadership skills and communication skills
• Structured, solution-oriented way of working
• High willingness to travel to accompany projects on the construction site
• Class B driving license
