Junior civil engineer / architect (f/m/d) property monitoring

Role Summary

Are you at the beginning of your career and would like to gain your first practical experience in property monitoring? In this position, you will accompany exciting construction projects on the construction site and help keep an eye on quality, deadlines and processes. We implement projects in a wide variety of areas - this position focuses on exciting projects in the industrial and real estate environment. During the application process, we will find out together which team and which orientation suits you best.

• Support in property monitoring in accordance with LP 8, § 33 HOAI
• Communication with the technical trades and the building construction trades as well as the companies and specialists working on site
• Participate in scheduling, scheduling and monitoring
• Monitoring quality and costs
• Support in the implementation of cost/additional and change management
• Ensuring VOB-compliant processing and billing

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in the form of internships or working student positions is desirable
• Basic knowledge of the application of the HOAI and VOB as well as the technical regulations
• Independent and responsible way of working, assertiveness and strong communication skills
• Quick comprehension, analytical and networked thinking as well as team spirit
