Intern/working student (f/m/d) construction management property monitoring

Role Summary

Would you like to gain valuable practical construction experience and get to know the work on the construction site from the ground up? Then support us!

• Coordination of various trades on site
• Support in coordination discussions with companies on the construction site
• Taking over deadline, cost and quality controls for construction work
• Participation in the control of occupational safety
• Initiate necessary safety measures
• Support in organizing construction site logistics and project documentation

Requirements

Studies in the field of civil engineering, industrial engineering (construction), architecture, utility engineering, construction management, energy design management or a comparable advanced course of study

• Confident handling of common MS Office products
• A quick learner and sociable
• German language skills at an independent application level (at least B2)
