Role Summary

Who will you work with?

As part of our purchasing and administration team at BECORIT, you will work closely with internal departments such as production, logistics, finance and sales. You are in daily contact with suppliers, service providers and internal contacts and help ensure that our procurement and administrative processes run efficiently and smoothly. Our team-oriented environment focuses on collaboration, mutual support and service orientation.

What does your typical working day look like?

  • Procurement of indirect materials and services
  • Obtaining, checking and comparing offers
  • Maintaining and expanding supplier relationships
  • Processing complaints and supporting invoice verification
  • Creation of reports, evaluations and statistics
  • Support in cross-departmental projects
  • Reception and support of visitors
  • Processing and distribution of incoming mail
  • Organization and booking of business trips
  • Support in planning and implementing events and catering
  • Management of office supplies and coordination of external service providers
  • Contact person for internal and external partners
  • Supporting the entire order processing process from order entry to invoicing

Responsibilities

How will you make a difference?

As a member of the purchasing and administration team, you are responsible for supporting important procurement, administrative and organizational processes. You contribute to ensuring the supply of indirect materials and services, maintaining supplier relationships and efficiently coordinating administrative processes. By supporting purchasing activities, projects and organizational tasks, you make an important contribution to the operational success of the company. In addition, you will act as the central contact person for internal and external partners and ensure that day-to-day business runs professionally and service-oriented.

Requirements

What would we like to know about you?

  • Completed commercial training
  • Initial professional experience in purchasing, administration or a comparable commercial function would be an advantage
  • Good knowledge of spoken and written English
  • Confident handling of common Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Independent, structured and reliable way of working
  • Enjoy working with different stakeholders
  • High service orientation as well as a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Teamwork, flexibility and commitment
