• Manage, operate and monitor analytical databases in a large and highly available environment;
• Provide support and technical support for the Teradata Vantage environment;
• Support the continuous operation of analytical databases integrated into the DataCenter infrastructure;
• Carry out opening, monitoring and resolution of technical calls, following ITIL practices;
• Read technical documentation in English;

Interact in writing with manufacturers to open and monitor technical calls.

Requirements

• Undergraduate diploma in Technology, or another higher-level course plus postgraduate degree in IT;
• Certification or proven training in ITIL Foundation v3 or higher, equivalent training may be accepted upon proof;
• Introduction to Teradata Vantage 2.3 training, or equivalent training;
• Proven experience working as a Database Administrator in a large company and high availability environment;
• Experience with administration, operation and monitoring of analytical databases;
• Experience with support and technical support of Teradata Vantage environment;

Sufficient IT technical English to read articles and technical documentation and basic written communication for interaction in calls with manufacturers.
