Evaluate new solutions presented by suppliers, carrying out validations through Proofs of Concept (POC) and verifying compliance with security prerequisites;
Participate in the implementation process of approved solutions and transfer them to the areas responsible for support;
Implement Digital Certification;
Perform Microsoft Defender support;
Answer and monitor calls related to security solutions;
Perform validation of emails and respective transactions;
Provide support for the Check Point firewall, including support and review of rules;
Work with Proxy solutions;
Work with SFTP for secure file transfer;

Implement and maintain antivirus solutions, providing support to the areas involved.

Undergraduate diploma in Technology, or another higher-level course plus postgraduate degree in IT;
Experience with Microsoft Cloud;
Experience with implementing and supporting antivirus solutions;
Experience with Microsoft Defender;
Experience with Check Point firewall and rules review;
Experience with Proxy;
Experience with SFTP;
Experience with answering and monitoring calls;
Fluent technical English for opening and monitoring tickets with Microsoft;
Certification or Itil Foundation Training v3 or higher;
Possess at least (1) one of the following certifications mentioned below:
(ISC)² CISSP – Certified Information Systems Security Professional;
(ISC)² CCFP – Certified Cyber Forensics Professional;
GIAC GCFE – Certified Forensic Examiner;
EC-Council CEH – Certified Ethical Hacker;
EC-Council ECSA – Certified Security Analyst;
EC-Council CHFI – Certified Hacking Forensic Investigator;
Carnegie Mellon CSIH – Certified Computer Security Incident Handler;
Offensive Security OSCP – Offensive Security Certified Professional;
