Foreman (m/f/d) for concrete renovation and corrosion protection infrastructure and traffic technology

Role Summary

• Independent management and organization of construction sites in the area of corrosion protection and concrete renovation
• Management, division and technical guidance of employees on the construction site
• Coordinating work processes and ensuring timely execution
• Monitoring the quality of execution in accordance with technical specifications, especially ZTV-ING, standards and safety regulations
• Execution and control of subsurface preparations, corrosion protection measures and concrete repair work
• Organization of material, machines and equipment on the construction site
• Documentation of construction progress and coordination with construction management, clients and subcontractors
• Compliance and implementation of regulations on occupational safety, environmental and health protection

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in the construction or finishing industry, ideally with further training to become a foreman (m/f/d)
• Several years of practical experience on construction sites, preferably in building maintenance
• Driving license class B (class BE an advantage)
• Knowledge of occupational safety and quality standards
• Organizational talent, sense of responsibility and assertiveness
• Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and enjoyment of managing employees
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented way of working
