Role Summary

As Executive Assistant to the CFO (m/f/d), you support the CFO with strategic, analytical and organizational issues and contribute to the smooth running of the CFO Office. As a central interface between finance, specialist departments and internal and external stakeholders, you coordinate cross-departmental issues, prepare well-founded decision-making principles and help to successfully advance important finance and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Analysis of business and financial topics and preparation of the results into meaningful decision-making documents
  • Use of AI-supported research and data preparation methods to efficiently obtain information
  • End-to-end responsibility for special projects and strategic CFO initiatives from conception to implementation
  • Active participation in the digital transformation in the finance sector
  • Coordination of cross-departmental topics and coordination with different stakeholders
  • Supporting communication with the advisory board and preparing relevant documents in close coordination with the CFO
  • Taking on selected organizational tasks to ensure smooth operations in the CFO office as part of vacation or illness replacements

Requirements

  • Successfully completed master's degree, ideally with a focus on economics, finance or a comparable subject
  • First to several years of relevant professional experience, preferably in consulting, finance, controlling or in a comparable function
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong ability to prepare complex content in an understandable, structured and target group-appropriate manner
  • Confident use of modern AI tools to support analysis, research and communication tasks
  • Good knowledge of finance, controlling and reporting topics
  • Fluent German skills and very good written and spoken English skills
  • Organizational strength, discretion, communication skills as well as a structured and responsible way of working
