Role Summary

As a lawyer (m/f/d), you take responsibility for negotiations with employee representatives. You will design and participate in complex projects as a labor law expert (m/f/d) and actively contribute to the implementation of our future strategy - both in a specialist area and across departments.

You will provide our HR units with competent advice on all topics relating to individual and collective labor law.

You routinely assess the relevance of legislative proposals, case law and collective agreements and develop coherent recommendations for action.

If necessary, you will determine the implementation in the company with the responsible interface partners and ensure recipient-oriented communication.

Requirements

  • You have completed your law studies with above-average success (1st and 2nd state examinations).
  • You have relevant professional experience in individual and collective labor law.
  • You have negotiation skills and enjoy creating trusting collaborations with employee representatives.
  • You are a confident personality with strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to quickly grasp complex issues and present them clearly.
