Role Summary
You control your team in the performance area in a goal- and result-oriented manner using qualitative and quantitative key figures.
With your performance-specific expertise, you promote, develop and qualify the employees in your group.
You competently decide on complex business transactions within the framework of your extensive powers of attorney.
You are responsible for the further development of subject-specific topics and create the corresponding work instructions.
You professionally analyze work processes and develop well-founded decision templates for process optimization.
Requirements
- For this position you have relevant qualifications: completed vocational training in the field of insurance and financial investments, further training with a specialist degree (IHK) or a university degree in business administration or law.
- You have relevant experience in health insurance benefits as well as management experience.
- You have successfully participated in or led projects.
- You have experience in designing and optimizing operational work processes.
- You are extremely well versed in using MS Office.
- You act entrepreneurially, like to work independently and are strong in arguments and persuasion.
