Ausbildung Kaufleute für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen (m/w/d)

Role Summary

You will complete your training in a block model with practical phases at the R+V location in Münster and theory phases at the Hansa-Berufskolleg Münster.

During the practical phases in the first year, you will gain a wide range of insights into various insurance departments through our pool training.

You will learn everything important about insurance - from advising and supporting our customers to assessing individual risks and creating suitable insurance solutions to processing insurance contracts, claims and benefit applications.

During an internship in the field, you will gain additional practical experience in direct customer contact and gain an insight into the diverse tasks of our sales department.

Together with the other trainees, you will take part in seminars and workshops in which you will further develop your professional and personal skills.

Requirements

• (Technical) high school diploma or good secondary school leaving certificate
• Team spirit and fun working with people
• Openness to digital tools and desire to learn new things
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Good understanding of text and numbers as well as good spelling
• You need the following documents for your application to us:
