Praktikant/Werkstudent (w/m/d) Terminplanung & Lean Construction Management

Role Summary

As the market leader for Lean in construction, we live by the motto: Agile in planning & Lean in execution. To strengthen our team, we are looking for motivated full-time interns (40 hours/week) as well as working students with at least 16 hours/week. With us you will be trained as a Lean Practitioner and will have the opportunity to take responsibility, contribute your own ideas and actively participate in innovative construction projects. • Implementation of Lean Construction Management in construction projects
• Support in scheduling appointments
• Preparation and participation in lean workshops and training courses
• Support in the development of project organizations
• Visualization of developed concepts and processes
• Further development of lean construction management at the site

Requirements

• Study in the fields of architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering, housing and real estate management or a comparable advanced course of study
• Initial experience desirable
• Confident handling of MS Office products
• Good knowledge of spoken and written German (at least B2)
• Motivation to develop further in an exciting and future-oriented working environment
