Role Summary

The core of your work is supporting and advising colleagues in medical and pharmaceutical health insurance billing.

You are responsible for the medical examination in the event of a claim.

In addition, you work with internal interfaces, external service providers and cooperation partners.

With your expertise, you will work on projects and oversee health programs and collaborations for sustainable health management.

Requirements

• In your daily work, you benefit from problem-solving skills, in particular you have the ability to communicate complex issues in an understandable way.
• With your empathetic and clear communication, customer orientation and tact, you act as a partner on an equal footing with our customers and therapists.
• You have successfully completed a medical degree, preferably with a specialist qualification in the field of internal medicine or general medicine, and relevant practical professional experience.
• Knowledge in the area of medical fee law and in dealing with MS Office products round off your profile.
