Training & entry: As a career changer, you will be trained to become an independent insurance specialist at BarmeniaGothaer.

Customer advice: Advise and support customers empathetically and competently on all insurance and pension issues.

Precautionary planning: Support in the development of individual protection strategies.

Relationship building: Maintain long-term and trusting customer relationships.

Requirements

• Motivation & initiative: You want to get started in sales as a career changer and shape your own career.
• Strong communication skills: You approach people openly, can convince people and give advice in an empathetic and personable way.
• Experience & Training: Commercial training or initial experience in sales, sales or field service is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Serious appearance: You present products competently and build trust through your authenticity.
• Language skills: Very good knowledge of German rounds off your profile.
