Senior Test- und Qualitätsmanager*in

Role Summary

You are the contact person when it comes to test and quality management throughout the entire software development cycle - you advise, coach and support our project teams and departments with your specialist knowledge.

You will add momentum to our testing strategies by operationalizing risk-based approaches and continually working to improve our processes.

You make numbers visible and tangible: with cross-team test and quality metrics, you ensure transparency and control at all levels.

You ensure exchange and knowledge transfer by organizing and moderating the community of practice in test management.

You pass on your knowledge – through training, creating documents and further developing guidelines and manuals.

You actively participate in projects and support test management so that quality remains the focus from the beginning and until the end.

Requirements

• You work independently, structured and goal-oriented and have a high degree of initiative.
• In your daily work, you impress with your analytical thinking skills and flexibility - even in demanding project phases.
• You are a team player and have a high degree of independence and resilience. In addition, you are strong in communication.
• You have sound experience in test and quality management, and you also have ISTQB certification at advanced level.
• You can impress with your several years of experience in software development projects in the insurance sector - ideally supplemented by at least two years of experience in agile development projects.
• A completed degree in computer science or a comparable qualification completes your profile.
