Role Summary

• You are the organizational link between customers, insurance intermediaries, and the corporate headquarters within a BarmeniaGothaer agency
• You are responsible for the preparation and follow-up of customer appointments
• You provide administrative support to the agency management and, if necessary, other customer advisors
• You record insurance claims and ensure smooth claims processing
• Together with the agency team, you will take measures to retain customers and carry out campaigns to expand the customer base

Requirements

• You have completed training as an insurance and finance clerk, have completed comparable commercial training or would like to start as a career changer
• You have sales instincts and enjoy talking to customers
• Administrative tasks are easy for you
• You act in a customer-oriented manner and are full of initiative
• You organize yourself using digital tools and always keep an overview
