Role Summary

The core of your work is the development and management of our lead and existing products in company pension schemes.

In your role, you are the contact and sparring partner for complex technical questions in the company pension scheme (2nd level product questions).

You keep an eye on the current sales situation via various sales channels.

In addition, you will critically analyze our existing products and processes with a special focus on company pension provision, both internally and in comparison to the competition.

In addition, you are the calming force that keeps an overview and finds the best solutions in the possible area of tension between sales, actuarial, operations and IT.

Potentially, you will take on (partial) management of product development with a focus on our company pension plan products.

Requirements

• You are characterized by conceptual, analytical and solution-oriented thinking.
• You are open in your communication, sociable and capable of conflict.
• You work in a structured, self-responsible manner and enjoy actively advancing issues in a team.
• You are also an expert for solutions in company pension schemes.
• You have already had experience with company pension scheme products in product management and/or sales at a German life insurer, alternatively as a project manager or management consultant with a relevant connection to company pension schemes.
• You are experienced in using Office products (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Very good knowledge of German completes your profile.
