Role Summary

Are you an expert in the field of supply technology (heating, ventilation, plumbing, air conditioning) and would like to develop yourself further? Development of sustainable, innovative concepts and solutions for new buildings and renovations, e.g. in the form of economic planning specifications or system planning

• Holistic evaluation of HLSK specialist planning in all HOAI phases, identifying planning and interface gaps and identifying optimization potential
• Leading planning meetings, quality monitoring with solution-oriented ideas
• Showing added value for all project participants such as users, investors, operators and planners
• Responsibility for your projects and topics

Requirements

Successfully completed studies in technical building equipment (TGA), supply technology, electrical engineering, building technology, building climate control, energy technology or comparable qualification

• Ideally relevant professional experience in the areas of planning, consulting or construction
• Great interest in optimization and digitalization, quality assurance, environment and ecology
• Quick comprehension combined with analytical and networked thinking
• Solution-oriented negotiation skills and a good feel for people and issues
