Role Summary

• Processing reimbursement applications for full and supplementary health insurance
• Be the contact person for questions from our customers ranging from A like medicines to Z like dentures
• Conducting correspondence regarding performance issues
• Inspiring our customers about modern health programs

Requirements

• Completed training as a businessman for insurance and financial investments, alternatively commercial or medical/dental vocational training
• Good oral and written expression skills as well as strong customer and service orientation
• Enjoy working with modern (media) technology and programs
• Enjoy working independently, have a high level of commitment and responsibility and the ability to work in a team
