You are on the front line and delivering work that really matters. In this role you will:

Become an expert and provide our customers with excellent service.

Process the customer experience cases administratively via the various applications.

Use various modern communication channels to provide the best possible service.

Requirements

• What kind of qualities are we looking for?
• Fluent language skills in Dutch and English.
• Excellent writing and speaking skills to speak to customers clearly and empathetically.
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of software is required.
• High school education is required.
• Shows passion and responsibility towards the customer.

• A strong urge to complete tasks.
• Demonstrates personal and business integrity.
