Role Summary

As a receptionist you are the calling card of our clients. You welcome visitors with a smile and immediately create a warm and hospitable feeling.

No day is the same: you work at different locations and love that variety and energy. You switch effortlessly between tasks — from receiving visitors and issuing passes to keeping the counter tidy and arranging mail and lunches.

You are proactive, service-oriented and always willing to go the extra mile. No question too many, no task too small — and that is precisely why you are indispensable.

Requirements

• You have at least MBO 3/4 working and thinking level and relevant work experience in the hospitality world and have an affinity with security!
• You live in the Utrecht area and have your own transport (due to flexible employability, accessibility and opening hours)
• You are flexibly available for shifts from Monday to Friday between 7 a.m. and 7:30 p.m.
• You have good computer skills and have worked with the MS Office package
• You have a good command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written
• You are customer-oriented, flexible, convincing and have good communication skills

Benefits

• You are open to working at different locations in and around Utrecht. Each location has specific service hours, but you are available from Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.

An annual contract with hours guarantee

• Available for 96 hours per 4 weeks, that is 24 hours per week!!
• 24 vacation days (based on a full-time appointment)
